This material is waterproof and is two sided with a fleece on the inside of the fabric. It is ONE piece of fabric, does not come with a liner. You can order a liner via the Polar fleece skirt page. 
 
We will offer 3 sizes of riding (meant for horse riding) and or barn (meant for anything other than riding as they lack the bustle to cover your horse butt) skirts. Small fits waists 30-34. Medium fits 34-38 and large fits 38-42. Measure your waist line, where the skirt will ride, with the clothing on that you expect to wear under your skirt. The length is approximately 28". 
 
Regarding the "trim". For edge trim I use sunbrella binding because of it's durability but it does add a bit of stiffness to the edge of the fabric once it's installed. If you do not want this stiffness opt out of the trim. I will have more pics and video showing what I am talking about. All waistlines are trimmed with this binding. 
 
The riding skirt has extra fabric that can lay on your horse's bum and the barn skirt does not have the extra. 
 
If you would like a pocket on the skirt please state that in the "NOTES" option just before checking out. The pocket will be installed where it is most easily used while riding. See the images above. No extra charge for the pocket. I do not offer customizing the size or location.
