Shipping and Returns, Payment Methods, and Privacy Notice
We ship USPS anywhere in the world at the customer’s cost. We do not add any handling fees above what our cost is for materials or shipping via USPS. Typically we use Priority 2-3 day service and you can expect your package 2 to 5 days of shipping unless we are shipping internationally in which case I cannot tell you how long that will take. We always offer a tracking number after your package is shipped.
We guarantee your satisfaction with your Trailmaster Bareback Pad and or accessories/products. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your product you may return it (clean and in new condition) within 15 Days of purchase for a refund of your purchase price. Please use a protective sheet or blanket when trying your bareback pad for the first time so as to keep in clean and in returnable condition. If the product is returned in dirty/used condition a cleaning fee WILL be deducted from your refund at my discretion. If the product has an issue that we can address we will do so to the best of our ability and return it to you. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We accept PayPal from our website. If you do not use PayPal, contact me with your complete order information and I will send you an invoice from my PayPal business account that will allow you to pay for your order with an alternative credit card other than PayPal.
