For the english rigging use a dressage girth. These are readily available in most equine tack stores. For the western rigging use your own latigo straps on each side and a western cinch. I recommend a more narrow short synthetic latigo strap as it will be more flat under your leg than a heavy leather latigo strap. 
 
Purple Trailmaster Bareback Pad with Low withers , Handle and western D rigging. The diamond pattern on the lower makes it super classy but it takes time to make this pattern so the price reflects that. Please refer to our wither examples page to determine if the low wither is right for your animal. Do not use a low wither pad on a medium or high wither horse. It will be very uncomfortable for them.
 
The red white and blue Soft Saddle has a high/extra high wither relief and western rigging. The fringe on the tail is not outdoor material and will require you to be more careful with it. 
 
The blue grey super slim has a high/extra high wither relief and english rigging.
