Shipping Policy

We ship USPS anywhere in the world that USPS ships. We are not responsible for package location or delivery after it leaves our hands so please make sure you provide the correct shipping information. All return shipping and any fees will be at the expense of the customer. Our turnaround time right now is 2 days.

Return Policy

We guarantee your satisfaction with your Trailmaster Bareback Pad and or accessories/products. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your product you may return it (clean and in new condition) within 15 Days of purchase for a refund of your purchase price. Please use a protective sheet or blanket when trying your bareback pad for the first time so as to keep in clean and in returnable condition. If the product is returned in dirty/used condition a cleaning fee WILL be deducted from your refund at my discretion. If the product has an issue that we can address we will do so to the best of our ability and return it to you.

Payment Methods

We take PayPal. If you don't have a PayPal account, we will send you an invoice from PayPal which will collect your payment from there. We are currently in the process of setting up an account with Stripe which is a payment processing company that is a completely secure method of payment using your credit or debit card right from the website with no invoicing required.

Privacy Policy

This privacy notice discloses the privacy practices for Trailmaster Bareback Pads.

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to or collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our company, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.

Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy. If you share a review or picture with us we may use it on our social media, website or advertising unless you specify that you do not want it used for any advertising purposes or shared.
